I am finally getting around to cleaning up this blog again. The last time I did this was when I converted from Xanga to WordPress. Reading some of my older posts, I’ve been appalled by the content and even more burned over my poor grammar and spelling. I’ve thought about this for a while, but I can hardly understand what I was saying in reading my older posts and even gotten frustrated looking at how badly the posts were written. In light of being my own editor, even if up to seven years has passed since I made some of these posts, I’m going back and changing things so they’re more readable whilst keeping the integrity of what I wrote and the personality therein.  All of my posts will have titles and nothing should ever be in the Uncategorized category again. Here’s to the beginning of something new.

I’m also changing everything that says Xanga to blog because that’s what this is, a blog, not a Xanga. And I’m on WordPress now; saying Xanga is like typing T.V. with the periods.

http://kevinghadyani.info/ and http://kevinghadyani.com/ are finally to the point I want to show them off to people. My KG.info site is 100% completed unless I feel like adding in my resume. While hessitant, I feel like a less personal resume might be better. I also am aware that the last two pages of my portfolio are pretty bad, but I felt like just finishing up quick. Maybe I’ll fix it one of these days; the entire portfolio, so it’ll all look really really professional instead of just partly finished like they are now. I haven’t looked over the text either, ha ha ha.

My blog is moving again, but this time the domain name will stay the same. The only thing that’s really changing is that we’re being upgraded to a new server. The upgrade really isn’t needed, but we’re gonna have to move anyway so why not now? Instead of 7TB/month of bandwidth, we’ll be getting unlimited. Instead of 360GB of storage space, we’re getting unlimited + 50GB, lol!

The transition period is over. No matter how much I’ll miss my trouting experiences, I’m shutting down my crossposting to Xanga. Guess I’ll leave it there for a while then delete my five year account forever.

So now I own KevinGhadyani.info. I used NameCheap instead of GoDaddy this time because I don’t like GoDaddy’s interface and because Mike is using NameCheap now so I wanted to try it out.

I’m gonna put up my personal portfolio and resume there and host the images and files on crenshaw, the server hosting umkcddr.com and stringthescores.com. This way, I can host everything personally here on my own router and have the files quickly transfer via DreamHost’s server. Should work out in the end. No WordPress this time around, not yet at least.

Working on a new theme for my blog so I don’t have to keep w/ the WordPress default. It should have more colors and be easier to navigate when I’m done. Hopefully this works! Wish me well.

While I’ll still keep my Xanga up, I have a system now in place to cross-post between WordPress and Xanga. For more than a year I’ve wantedto start using WordPress instead of Xanga for blogging, but I didn’t wanna lose my contacts and have people who didn’t know about my switch over to WordPress exclaim “where’d it go?” So I ended up spending the majority of the day moving over to blog.umkcddr.com, getting it setup and transferring over all of my data. While it took a long time, I finally did it.

Many of you haven’t been asking why I don’t have any readers. The reason is probably because people don’t read my Blog, so I’m not posting today even though I already did.

Sorry for not updating, but I’ve been busy. If there was more than one reader, then I’d update more, but I really don’t feel like writing anything down if it’s gonna go to waste.

My site’s being updated a lot now, and I’m not going to post things here that I should post there.

I did put up a new arrangement for everyone to enjoy: “Chrono Cross – Dilemma” in new ‘UBER COOL MALLET VERSION!
