This was pretty neat. It’s in the same universe as other favorites of mine like the Galaxy Railways series. Whoever makes these shows always does a fantastic job with the music, but I could tell this show, overall, was lower-budget. I almost felt like I was watching the Planet of the Apes catroon by the way some of the animation played out. Usually, an anime like this would be twice as long and the death scenes would definitely make you cry, not just kinda be like “oh, he died”. I believe all of these types of anime have to do with death, destiny, and endless struggles. In the end of this one, the main antagonist didn’t even die so I’m pretty miffed at what happened there.
